Eligibility For Refund

  • To be eligible for a refund, your Memory Tiles must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Your Memory Tiles must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

Initiating a Refund

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your Memory Tiles. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
